The operation method of the film pressing machine is as follows:  

1 Before starting the machine, it is necessary to check whether the fastening bolts of the equipment are loose, clean all parts of the laminating machine with thinning water, and adjust the glue again later.  Do not store any sundries on the work surface.  

2. Turn on the main power switch, check whether the start and stop of the host, the start and stop of gluing, the start and stop of winding, the heating of the drying channel, the electric switch of the power supply and the pointer of the instrument are flexible, reliable, sensitive and correct.  After powering on, observe whether the equipment operates normally and whether there is abnormal sound and burnt smell.  

3. When the laminating machine is started, it is necessary to master the speed adjustment of the drum, the temperature control of the drum and the temperature control of the drying channel.  Strictly control the speed and temperature of the equipment.  

4. The equipment should run for 3~5 minutes after starting, test several pieces of film, check that they meet the requirements, and then mass production of untested film, do not allow formal production.  

5 consciously do the "first and third inspection" and often self-check the work quality.  Can not be a self-examination on the film to the end.  

When operating, the hand can only be 30 cm away from the drum, and can not enter the dangerous place.  It is strictly prohibited to operate while talking and not concentrate. Clothes and long hair must be wrapped tightly and not scattered.  

Work finished or failure, abnormal situation must be shut down first, report to the supervisor.  Request repair and hang repair sign.  Maintenance during operation is strictly prohibited;  It is strictly prohibited to force with illness.  

8 Cut off the power switch and clean up the work site.  Materials are stored in an orderly manner with safe passageways.
